Serve Locally

We’re committed to support the systems, structures, and relationships that reach and serve vulnerable children in our city.

We take a multi-generational approach of involvement and advocacy to help children and students in our community by serving those involved in the Foster Care System and local schools.

This allows us to honor a family’s context and stabilize vital elements of a child’s life, health, and identity as they grow. Our aim is to support organizations that are already doing God-honoring work by assisting with the services they offer through our time and resources.

HOW WE SERVE LOCALLY

Foster Care

We believe we're invited to be a part of God’s redeeming work for the most vulnerable. When children are in crisis, foster care can become a form of relief by providing temporary placement of children into surrogate families. This can be a challenging time for both children entering into foster care as well as foster families. We strive to come alongside those children and families to provide support and encouragement.

We support the foster care system both by forming Care Communities around foster families and supporting those who may be called to become a foster parent themselves.

HOW WE SERVE LOCALLY

Local Schools

We are building relationships with local schools as we learn to serve in ways that encourage and empower families as a whole. We partner with different schools and aim to invest time, talents, and resources to help these schools meet their goals. If you’d like to get involved, learn how below!
